Mississippi Memories

Whenever I think about my father and visiting him in rural Mississippi, my memories include the narrow two-lane road that leads to his house, the massive trees, bushes in the front yard, and his garden that he loves so much.  I draw the objects from those memories in this series because they make me feel close to him, especially with him being so far away. This past year was tough because I couldn't visit, but I will soon and make more memories and add to this series.
